Connemara Holiday Lettings is an independent, locally owned team based in Clifden. We help guests discover exceptional holiday homes and experience Connemara with confidence, backed by genuine local knowledge and personal service.
Our Story
A family business rooted in Connemara
Connemara Holiday Lettings was founded by Yvonne Flaherty, who returned to her native Connemara after working in property rental management in London. Drawing on that experience, Yvonne set out to build something more personal, a locally informed holiday rental service that treats every guest, and every home, with real care.
Established in 2012, the business remains independently and locally owned. From our base in Clifden, our team works closely with homeowners and guests alike to make sure every stay in Connemara feels well looked after, from the first enquiry to check-out.

Yvonne Flaherty
Managing Director
Yvonne has a strong background in this business, with over 28 years experience in renting properties both in London and Connemara. Coupled with her personal passion for travel, this has given her a great deal of experience in knowing what guests want and have come to expect. As a result, she works hard to create wonderful memories, unforgettable experiences and lifetime dreams for all of her guests. She continuously strives to learn more and offer better services and amenities by listening to what guests have to say. Yvonne has an adventurous spirit and is very keen on outdoor sports such as walking, running and cycling and especially likes spending time with her two fun-loving daughters, her husband Robbie and her dog Trixie.
Jade Flaherty
Reservations & Concierge Co-ordinator
Jade is part of our Reservations Team and Head of Concierge, bringing her energy, creativity and endless enthusiasm to everything she does. Born and raised in Clifden, Jade knows Connemara inside out and loves sharing the very best of it with our guests. Having travelled extensively from a young age herself, she understands just how important it is to have someone on the ground who can help with the little details that make a holiday run smoothly and the special touches that make it truly memorable. Young, dynamic and full of brilliant ideas, Jade is passionate about creating amazing guest experiences. Whether it’s recommending somewhere special to eat, helping plan an unforgettable day out or finding a hidden local gem, she is always happy to help and incredibly easy to talk to. A lover of travel, animals, beaches and great food, Jade has a naturally creative streak and is always discovering new experiences to share with our guests. For Jade, concierge is about much more than recommendations: it’s about helping every guest make the most of their time in Connemara and leave with memories they will want to come back for.

Born and raised in the beautiful Connemara, I have a passion for holistic health and well-being. After several years of working in retail, I recently joined Connemara Holiday Lettings, where I bring my love for Connemara to others. In my free time, I enjoy exploring nature, and spending quality time with friends and family.
