This holiday home is a fisherman’s delight and a kids dream location having a sandy beach on it’s doorstep. Whilst the kids are sailing on their dinghy boats or swimming in the bay or crab fishing off the rocks you can sit back relax and enjoy a glass of wine outside on the sun lounger before preparing the BBQ.
You will be enthralled by the continuous view of nature, with sea and mountains changing colours as the day goes by and based along the Wild Atlantic Way. The Beach House, is designed to capture the natural light, is uncluttered, yet comfortable with cushions, rugs and throws added to make your stay welcoming and memorable.
Directly across the road take a leisurely stroll to Mannin Bay, you have a stunning white sandy beach with breathtaking sea and countryside views. Less than a 15 minute walk is a small boutique hotel, The Connemara Sands, where you can enjoy a cocktail, have a spot of lunch or enjoy fine dining one evening.
Stylishly furnished and offering commanding views, this house is the ideal base for visiting Connemara, Westport, Aran Islands and Galway City. There is ample space for 8 to 10 guests. Each of the bedrooms has stunning panoramic views over the bay, two of which are ensuite. An open fireplace, stunning tiled and wood floors, great quality mattresses, this home is finished to the highest standard with all modern conveniences.
Outside, take a leisurely stroll to Mannin Bay, white sandy beaches with breathtaking sea and countryside views. The sitting room is a wonderful cosy winter haven offering a stove to enjoy and snuggle up on the couch with a good book, or in the summer chill out in the evening capturing light from each window taking in the abundance of natural light and watch the sunset over the Bay.
From the main entrance door, to the left you have the open plan kitchen and dining room. Fully equipped kitchen area with electric oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer. There is an island in the centre of the kitchen. The dining table seats upto 8 people with stunning panoromic sea and mountain views. From the kitchen area is a door leading to the patio area.
When you enter the reception room you are immediately struck by the amazing sea views offered through two large windows, there is comfy couches and armchairs seated around a stove. This room is very stylish with cream wooden floors.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1:
This double bedroom is located downstairs with views of the front of the house overlooking the sea. This room is very bright and airy with a double bed, carpet flooring and avails of an ensuite shower room.
Bedroom 2:
A triple room housing a double and 2 single beds. This room has ample storage and wardrobe space, carpet flooring and window overlooking the sea and a Velux window to the back of the house.
Bedroom 3:
Another double bedroom with window overlooking the front. Carpet flooring and storage space available.
Bedroom 4:
Double bedroom with carpet flooring and ensuite shower room.
There is a sofa in the hallway – a great place to relax, read a book and enjoy the stunning views from the window overlooking the Bay.
Exterior: Ample parking, a large garden and walk directly to the beach.

A warm welcome awaits you in this beautifully restored, modern and extremely stylish home where one can relax unwind and enjoy the high levels of comfort and convenience that Dun Loughan has to offer. 360-degree panoramic countryside views of the 12 Bens, the Atlantic Ocean along the Wild Atlantic Way.
Both cottages are finished to the highest standard. The main living areas ooze natural light streaming in from the windows, patio doors and Velux skylights. The sitting room area in the white cottage has a large comfy sofa and two matching armchairs, a flat flat-screen Smart TV with Netflix and an open fireplace.
The dining area has another sofa with the large dining table comfortably seating up to 8 guests-the perfect place to relax and soak up the stunning countryside & sea views. There are double doors leading out onto the large patio area with BBQ, table & chairs, perfect for dining Al fresco or enjoying a glass of wine watching the sunset.
From the dining room is an open plan fully fitted kitchen which with all mod cons, including an electric cooker, American Style Fridge/freezer, microwave oven and coffee machine.
Accommodation information: Accommodation is spread over two properties.
Stone Cottage: 1 Double bedroom, 1 bathroom, open plan sitting room/kitchen/dining area, outdoor patio.
White Cottage: 1 Double bedroom, 1 en-suite shower room, 1 quad bedroom (2 doubles), 1 bathroom, large open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room, large outdoor patio with BBQ and seating.
Access to the bedrooms is from the hallway which leads out from the living room. Both bedrooms have wooden floors, large mirrors, a chest of drawers and a TV and desk. en-suite bathrooms.
There are four single beds in the quad room and en-suite bathrooms.
The master bedroom has French doors leading out onto the patio. Watch the sunrise from your bed!
There is also a WC in the hallway.
