Perfect apartment for couples or friends wishing to get away for a break. No taxis are required!
This first-floor apartment overlooks Main Street situated in an excellent location beside all shops, restaurants and bars.
Accessed via a laneway off Main Street, there is a stairway with approximately 10 steps leading to the apartment.
Layout:
From the entrance, you are led into a large open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting room area. This room is bright and airy.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an American-style fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. Window above sink overlooking the rear of the property.
There is a dining table seating up to 6 people.
The reception area has a comfy L-shaped couch, coffee table, large flat-screen TV with surround sound system, and DVD player. There is also an iPod docking station. There are 2 large windows allowing ample natural light.
From the kitchen area is a door leading to a luxurious shower room with a large power shower, sink unit & WC.
From the reception area are stairs leading to:-
2 bedrooms 1 Double room and one twin room. Both are carpeted, double bedroom overlooking Main Street and the twin bedroom is overlooking the rear.

Pet friendly
King’s Apartment is happy to welcome your pet, however, we would ask that your pet not be permitted on the furniture or on beds. If additional cleaning is required we may have to deduct this from your damage deposit.
The electricity is pay-as-you-go and is based on a €2 coin meter. There is a charge of €10 for electricity per booking which is entered into the meter before your arrival. It is the guest’s responsibility to top up the meter thereafter.
Linen & towels are included in the rental rate.
Check-in time is between 4 pm & 6 pm
Check-out time is strictly 10 am
Please note that most restaurants & cafes in the area have free internet access.
Parking:- All parking in the town is paid parking. You can purchase your parking ticket at the machine on the main street. It is applicable Mon-Sat from 11.30 am to 6 pm. It is free before and after those times and it is also free on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
There is a free car park less than a 3-minute walk from the apartment. Drive past the AIB bank and turn right towards the Station House Hotel. Drive straight down to the car park.
