The well-equipped kitchen features a Belfast sink, slimline dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine and everything you need to whip up a delicious meal – all with stunning sea views. Gather around the large dining table that seats 8 with ease, or head to the patio for seaside suppers.

This enchanting 4 double-bedroom holiday home in Connemara is full of character providing the comforts of home with a touch of elegance, still retaining many original features such as full-sized wooden shutters, and high ceilings throughout with cornicing. The house has a formal dining room with a love seat, a cosy living room with an open fire and lots of natural sunlight from the 2 large bay windows.
Hill House is set over two floors:
Ground Floor:
The front door opens to a hallway- to the left you enter the reception room which is bright and airy with 2 sofas, an armchair, a chaise lounge and a loveseat. There is an open fire plus a TV.
To the right of the hallway is an elegant dining room with an ornate fireplace and large windows overlooking the front and side of the property. Dining table seating 8 -the perfect room for entertaining.
Kitchen/dining room: Fully fitted kitchen with an electric hob and cooker, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and built-in microwave. There is a dining table seating 6.
There are French doors leading to the garden and decked area, ideal for dining Al-Fresco, there is a BBQ and outdoor table for 4.
Downstairs WC upon entrance.
Office/Playroom: Ornate fireplace, window overlooking the garden area.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: Kingsize bed and ensuite shower and WC, plus walk-in wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: Double bed

There is also space for baby cots in all bedrooms – 1 travel cot supplied (upon request)

This fabulous property is located in the picturesque Ardbear Peninsular, only 2 miles from Clifden, the Capital of Connemara.
Sycamore Cottage is a perfect house for entertaining, spacious bright open plan kitchen/dining room and a large reception room which is suitable for families, couples or friends wishing to get away from it all. Children of all ages will love this property with its large garden and swing set.
Take in the country air while enjoying a glass of wine on the patio area - the ideal spot for dining al fresco during the long summer evenings. Have the best of both worlds at Sycamore Cottage - the peace of the countryside yet still within proximity to Clifden Town Centre.
Clifden Town Centre oozes character, there are many pubs and restaurants in the area serving fine food, some specializing in locally caught seafood. Sessions of music, song, and dance are held nightly in most of the local pubs, where young and old, tourist and local, blend to create a unique atmosphere. A taxi ride to the town centre is less than €10.00.
Clifden town is a 25-minute walk or a 5-minute drive.
There are stunning beaches within a short drive from the cottage, and just a five-minute walk from a local, well-known swimming spot, that is perfect to swim in at high tide.
This house is truly in an ideal location to discover all the wonders that Connemara has to offer. It is an ideal property for families or groups.
