This flat is in the middle of the city centre, so a very convenient location. It was a bit noisy in the evenings in the kitchen/sitting room which overlook a main street, but the bedrooms were on the other side of the property and were very quiet: ovsee more

It was a bit noisy in the evenings in the kitchen/sitting room which overlook a main street, but the bedrooms were on the other side of the property and were very quiet: overall, it wasn't an issue. The flat was clean and had good facilities, although it took a bit of puzzling to work out how to use the boiling tap! Communication with the hosts is through an app, which included a comprehensive guidebook and made it easy to find everything.

We briefly stopped outside to drop bags before moving our car to a car park. It wasn’t that easy to work out how to get in to the road so some better directions would help. Otherwise, it was great

But there’s some water damage that hasn’t been fixed, including a burned out overhead light. The afternoon sun streams into the living area, which is beautiful, but it made the flat stuffy and we needed to open some windows which let in the street noise.The location is absolutely superb, close to all the amenities Exeter has to offer, but this centrality means that the living area is quite loud, especially at night. Fortunately, the bedrooms are on an air shaft so they were quiet, and we were able to have a good nights sleep.

Elegant apartment that’s sliding into shabby chic. The beds were comfortable, towels lush, and the seating areas well thought out.. But there’s some water damage that hasn’t been fixed, including a burned out overhead light. The afternoon sun streams into the living area, which is beautiful, but it made the flat stuffy and we needed to open some windows which let in the street noise.The location is absolutely superb, close to all the amenities Exeter has to offer, but this centrality means that the living area is quite loud, especially at night. Fortunately, the bedrooms are on an air shaft so they were quiet, and we were able to have a good nights sleep.
