No 4 Harbour Heights is set on the lower ground floor of this prestigious small development located only a stones throw from Clifden Town centre and a 25 minute walk to Clifden Beach.
There are 2 small staircases leading to this apartment:
Small hallway offering access to 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and main reception room
You enter into a very spacious open place living room, dining area and fully fitted kitchen. The room is very bright and airy with a sliding door leading to a large South facing balcony with panoramic views overlooking Cifden Bay.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons including, electric oven and hob, coffee machine, fridge freezer and washer/dryer. The stylish dining table and chairs seats upto 4 guests.
The spacious living area oozes ample natural light and offers stunning views over the Bay with ever-changing views. Smart TV, 2 - large L-shaped Italian velvet couch (which is extremely comfortable!) and a large ottoman, perfect to relax in after a fun filled day touring Connemara.. The sliding doors lead to a large balcony area with outdoor furniture ideal for dining al fresco or to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sunset over the Bay.
